Warner v. Buck Creek Nursery, Inc., 149 F. Supp. 2d 246 (W.D. Va., 2001). When Buck Creek Nursery, Inc. terminated the employment of one of its employees, it ended up on the wrong end of a ten-count federal discrimination lawsuit for over a million dollars. Mr. Green believed the Nursery had done nothing wrong and agreed to represent it to fight the lawsuit. In this opinion, Mr. Green was successful in getting most of the lawsuit thrown out which led to the case being resolved favorably for his client.
